Toronto local delivery is free on orders over $40 in select postal codes. If yours is in range, the option appears at checkout. If it doesn't appear, it isn't in range.
ANVIL is hand-poured in small batches in Toronto. Most orders leave the bench within three business days. Tracking is emailed when the label is printed. It can take a day to show movement. That gap is normal and is not a lost parcel.
No next-day promises. We don't make one we can't keep.
Wrong address. Enter it correctly. A parcel returned for a bad or incomplete address is reshipped at your cost.
Damaged or missing. Email hello@anvilrecovery.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and a photo. Replaced or refunded.
