These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ANVIL online store and your purchase of any products from us. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
This store is operated by ANVIL ("we", "us", "our"), a small-batch men's foot-care brand based in Toronto, Canada. You can reach us any time through the contact form on our Contact page.
You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to buy from us, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or the store for any unlawful purpose, not to misuse the site, and not to interfere with its normal operation.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we do not guarantee that every description, image, or detail is error-free. Colours and packaging may vary slightly. All prices are in Canadian dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We may limit or refuse any order, and we may change or discontinue any product at any time.
Our products are cosmetic foot soaks and related accessories. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Use them as directed on the packaging.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. You are responsible for giving us a current, complete, and accurate email and shipping address so we can fulfil your order.
Shipping timelines, costs, and coverage are set out in our Shipping policy. Returns, refunds, and our satisfaction guarantee are set out in our Refund policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
One-time purchase is the default. If we offer a Subscribe & Save option in the future, it will always be something you choose on purpose, never a pre-checked box. We will show you the price and timing before any recurring charge, and you will be able to skip or cancel from your account at any time.
The ANVIL name, logo, product names, text, images, and other content on this store are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
The store and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Results vary from person to person. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or health concern, talk to a qualified professional before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANVIL and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold ANVIL harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the store or our products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
