Quick answers

Will it close the cracks?+
No. It softens the hard edges so they stop catching. The stone lifts what the soak loosened, and cream comes after. The soak preps, it doesn’t repair.
Here for his feet?+
One soak a week. Stone after. The rough edges stop catching the sheets. If he doesn’t feel it in 4 soaks, it’s on us.
How is this different from Dead Skin?+
Same base, different feet. Dead Skin is built for thick buildup. Cracked Earth is for split, snagging heels. If yours crack and catch, this is the one.
Isn’t this just Epsom salt?+
Epsom is the base, not the product. Glycerin and the heaviest oat load in the line, shared with Dead Skin. One 150 g pouch, one soak. No scoop and guess.
How many soaks until the sheets stop snagging?+
We won’t put a date on your feet. Most feel the edges soften early. Feel it in 4 soaks or it’s on us.

Questions.

Do I need a bathtub?
No. A basin, a bucket, anything your feet fit in. That’s the point. Recovery that doesn’t need a renovation.
When will I feel it?
Skin starts softening during the soak. That’s the prep; the smoothing is the stone’s job after. This is a cosmetic product.
Is one pouch one soak?
Yes. 150 g, dosed for a full basin. No scooping, no guessing.
Sensitive skin?
Gentle by design. The base is built so salt water doesn’t strip skin. Patch-test if you’re prone to reactions, and skip broken skin.
Do I need the stone?
Something with grit helps. The soak softens the rough, dry skin; a stone or file smooths it after. A clean one you already own works. Ours is coming soon.
How deep a crack is too deep?
If a crack is open or bleeding, let it close first — don’t soak open wounds. CRACKED EARTH softens the rough, dry skin around a crack and preps it for filing and cream. It isn’t a wound treatment.
How hot should the water be?
38–40°C. Hot-tap hot, not kettle hot. Ankle-deep in any basin, about 20 minutes.
Can I soak more than once a week?
Yes. Start weekly. If the skin’s very dry and split, 2 a week early on, then hold at 1. Stone or file after each, then cream.
What about the hard skin around the crack?
That hard, yellow rim is packed-down buildup — that’s DEAD SKIN’s job. CRACKED EARTH softens the rough, dry, split skin and preps it for filing and cream. Reach for DEAD SKIN when thick buildup is the main problem.
